This is that money, one sourced record at a time, restated into a single currency year so the countries can be read side by side.

Sourced, not surveyed. Every figure below is read off a named public document: an audited financial statement, a budget book, an annual report. Where no such document exists for a country, the row abstains and says so rather than estimating. This is a floor on recurring park funding, not a census of it: money that is real but never published cannot appear here.
One currency year. Records carry mixed fiscal years and local currencies. Each is converted at a published World Bank rate for its own year, then restated in June 2026 US dollars using US CPI-U, so a 2019 budget and a 2025 budget can sit in the same column.
